Bolton Hot Wheels CC has a fully inclusive constitution and have adopted the British Cycling Policy and Procedure for the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults.

Session Fees

 

 

 

Session Fees are taken at the beginning of each session in the Club Hut on the Athletics’ Track.  It is a requirement of the club prior to an Under 16 taking part in any activity that a Parental Consent Form is completed and handed in to Registration.  The information contained on this form will be held by the Club Welfare Officer and used in order to ensure the club is notified of Emergency Contact and Medical details.

Membership Fees

As Bolton Hot Wheels CC have one membership category and price.  Every member of your household can join the club for £12 per annum.  The membership year runs for 12 months from the date of registration.  Each member of the household old and young alike will receive a membership card so please do ensure you include all the family.
