Go-Ride Skills Activities Take place on Saturdays from April to November 10am to 12 noon. There will be Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner groups, sessions take place over two hours. Warm-up and Registration will take place from 10am with Go-Ride Skills activities taking place for all ability groups from 10.15am to 11.15am. There will be a short refreshment break and then from 11.25am to 11.45am they will be a mock racing activity using the whole track for the Intermediate and Advanced groups. 11.45am to 12noon will be warm-down, pack up and signing out.
Family Walk and Ride Every 5th Week of Activities will be a Family Walk and Ride. This will be in a safe environment, such as Rivington or Haigh Hall. Walks and Rides are open to all the family with a simultaneous Walk to accommodate family members who are not riders or those who are unable to transport all the family’s bikes. The two parties will meet in order to grab a bite to eat or something to drink.
Manchester Velodrome Thanks to a successful grant from BOSPAA (Bolton Sports Alliance) ‘Hot Wheels’ have been able to secure several exclusive track sessions for the Bolton Hot Wheels members. The grant has been used to pay for the Track Hire and the hire of the qualified coach. The only cost is for the hire of a track specific bike at £7. There is a slight variation in the cost of bike hire, however the deficit is met by the club. To download a booking form click here:
